Lead & inquiry routing
Classify a form or email, create the CRM record, alert the right person.
n8n automation · AI workflows
Visual workflows that connect your forms, email, CRM and databases, with AI only where it helps. Your team can see and change them.
Where AI steps help
Mostly rules. AI reads free text or scans, and its output is checked before anything important happens.
Classify a form or email, create the CRM record, alert the right person.
Fields from invoices or contracts, with review when unsure.
Sort tickets by urgency and draft replies for a person to review.
Scheduled summaries, and alerts when something changes.
The agent decides; an n8n workflow does the booking or update.
Complex or high-volume logic moves to code, such as a LangGraph agent.
Reliability
An automation that silently stops is worse than none.
Retries, an alert to a person, and failed items kept for re-run.
Validated output; unsure results go to review.
Sending or paying waits for approval in email, Slack or Teams.
Version control, separate test and production, secrets kept safe.
Data & hosting
n8n on your own server, with models on Bedrock or your own hardware, keeps customer data with you. Each AI step sees only the fields it needs. See also small language models on-premises.
A practical delivery path
Repetitive, with a clear owner and cost of delay.
Build the flow and test it on real past cases.
A person reviews; review drops where it is safe.
Docs, alerts and training for your team.
Before we start
n8n can be self-hosted, supports code steps where a visual block is not enough, and has native AI and agent nodes. Zapier or Make can be simpler for small, standard integrations; we recommend based on your data and volume.
Yes, through REST APIs, webhooks or database connections. When self-hosted inside your network, it can reach internal systems that are not exposed to the internet.
For some steps, after measurement. We start with a person reviewing AI outputs, measure accuracy on real cases, and automate only where error rates and consequences are acceptable.
Yes. Workflows can be exposed as tools the agent calls, so the conversation stays in the agent and the system actions stay in auditable workflows.
