Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use ultrabot.ai, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our commitment
We aim for ultrabot.ai to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Israel’s accessibility regulations rely on Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines. The site is run by MLAIA Data Science, an Israeli company, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain every page.
This statement is based on our own review of the site in October 2026, using keyboard-only navigation, automated checks, colour contrast calculations, and testing at 320 pixels wide and with text enlarged. The site has not been certified or audited by an independent accessibility tester.
What we have done
- Every page has a “Skip to main content” link, a logical heading structure and labelled navigation regions.
- The menus, the Platforms submenu, forms and links work with a keyboard. Escape closes an open menu, and keyboard focus is clearly visible.
- Text and interface colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Pages reflow to a single column at 320 pixels wide and remain usable with text enlarged to 200%.
- The looping avatar clips and the animated sound wave on the home pages can be paused with a button, and they start paused if your device is set to reduce motion. The clips have no sound.
- Diagrams and charts in our articles have text descriptions, and the figures they show are also given in the text.
- Form fields have visible labels, and messages about sending a form are announced to screen readers.
- The Hebrew pages are marked as Hebrew and right-to-left, with English names marked as English.
- Links that open a new tab say so.
Known limitations
- The embedded live demo. The home page embeds our voice-agent demo from talk.mlaia.com, a separate application. It is voice-first and asks for your microphone. Its spoken answers are also shown as text, its controls are labelled and work with the keyboard, and its moving previews can be paused. The talking avatars themselves (3D and video) are visual only; everything they say also appears as text. A “Skip past the embedded demo” link lets keyboard users move past it, and the demo can also be opened in its own tab. If the demo does not work for you, write to us and we will answer your question by email or find another way to show it to you.
- Language. The home page, the voice agents and avatars pages and this statement are also available in Hebrew (הצהרת נגישות). The platform pages and the articles are currently in English only.
- Wide diagrams. On narrow screens some article diagrams scroll sideways inside their frame. Their content is also described in the text.
- Other websites. Links to sources and partners lead to websites we do not control.
